Sheetsli provides a simple, secure workspace that helps shop owners see what they sold, what they still have in stock, and how much they earned — in one place and in real time.
2. Our Services
Our Services are designed to help you run your business with clarity, not guesswork. They may include:
- A private business workspace for your shop
- Real-time tracking of sales, stock, and earnings
- Clear views of what is moving and what is not
- Automatic currency/FX conversion where relevant
- Simple dashboards you can view on phone, tablet, or laptop
- Premium Onboarding: stock/data upload, setup, and staff training
- Ongoing access to your account based on your active plan (Standard or Pro)
- For Pro plans: advanced analytics and business intelligence
- Smart features that help predict when you may run out of stock, based on your sales patterns
Our tools are built for businesses such as boutiques, hardware shops, pharmacies, cosmetics shops, electronics shops, supermarkets, and small family shops.
3. Use of Your Workspace
When you sign up, you receive access to a private workspace for you and your team.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for any activity under your account.
- You may use the workspace for your own business, but you may not resell, rent, or share access as a service to others without our written permission.
4. Data Ownership & Confidentiality
Your business data (for example: sales, stock, prices) belongs to you.
- We process and store this data only so we can provide the Services to you.
- We may access your workspace when you ask for help, onboarding, or troubleshooting.
- When we share examples of our work, we either anonymise or generalise details so your business cannot be identified.
5. Plans, Onboarding & Payments
Our pricing and plans are shown on our website and may include:
- Standard – a subscription plan
- Pro – a higher plan with extra analytics and a 3-month initial commitment
- Premium Onboarding Package – mandatory for Standard, free for Pro, and includes data import, staff training (e.g. via Google Meet and recordings), and your first month’s subscription
Key points:
- You agree to pay the fees for your chosen plan and onboarding package as shown on the website at the time you sign up.
- Charges are usually subscription-based (for example, monthly) and may renew automatically unless you cancel according to our process.
- Because our Services involve setup, configuration, and digital access, payments are generally non-refundable, unless we clearly state otherwise in writing.
- If payment fails or is late, we may pause or limit access to your workspace until payment is received.
6. Intellectual Property
The Sheetsli platform, dashboards, code, designs, and brand remain our intellectual property.
- You receive a right to use the Services for your own business as long as your account is active and in good standing.
- You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell our systems or designs.
- Your own business data always remains yours.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep your workspace available and working smoothly. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to:
- Maintenance and updates
- Internet or hosting issues
- Issues with third-party tools we rely on
We do not guarantee 100% uptime, but we will act reasonably to restore service when issues occur.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profit or business opportunity) arising from your use of the Services.
Where the law allows, our total liability related to the Services is limited to the amount you have paid to Sheetsli for the period directly related to the issue.
9. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. We handle your information in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your data.
- We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law or where it is necessary to provide the Services to you.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:
- We will post the updated version with a new effective date.
- If you continue using the Services after the update, you are agreeing to the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
